Summary

British Pathe synopsis: "Playtime is gay time!" reads introductory intertitle. Shot of three children playing in a living room setting. The image is framed within a picture frame device (as all shots are in this film). One child reads, one plays with building blocks and the other with some kind of board game. "The call of the - "chockie!" C/U of child sitting on an armchair with a box of chocolates on her lap. Another child toddles in and takes one of the chocolates. "And even floods have beauty of their own - when you’re not in them!" Landscape shot - water flows past the camera. Two men walk beside a monument - possibly in a park (not identified).
