Summary

NoS Summary - The Women’s League of Health and Beauty do some routines on the beach.
NoS synopsis: "A little clothing and lots of air seems to be the aim of the "P.T." Brigade on the Continent." states the introductory intertitle. Good M/S of girls exercising. Couples stand back to back with arms linked, one bends over and the other is propelled over their back. They then repeat the action in reverse. High angle shot of large number of girls exercising on the banks of a lake. The girls do synchronised exercises - various shots. All quintessential "Health and Beauty" stuff. They wear swimsuits. "Slow - but graceful." We see slow motion footage. Some of the girls then dance along the beach sideways - a kind of balletic exercise. "Exercises like these make men like exercises like these -" High angle shot of the girls exercising. M/S of girls sitting on the sand with legs apart touching each toe in turn.
