Summary

British Pathe synopsis: "Probably there is beauty in everything, looked at the right way - even in bulldogs." suggests an intertitle. High angle shot of a dog show. Various shots of bulldogs on display. "Rugged beauty is somewhat accentuated, however, when contrasted with the kind of beauty we’re more used to - " C/U of a pretty girl posing with a bulldog. Another woman - dressed in a kennel maid’s white coat - shows another bulldog. The most valuable of these dogs is Mrs Waltz’ record breaking "Champion Pugilist", the winner of 22 Championships. He is valued at over £3000. Extreme C/U of the dog. Mrs Waltz stands with her pet and show dog - a china bulldog is on display beside him.
