British Pathe synopsis: Toronto, Canada - "Pet Day". A procession of animals in fancy dress. C/U of a dog pulling along a tiny caravan. C/U of a Scottie dog wearing a little coat with a cross and the initials THS sewn onto it. A young girl pets a dog in a cage. A Labrador lies in a pram with a cat. Several dogs are shown to the camera by their owners. The camera pans along them. C/U of girl holding a cat which is dressed in baby clothes. C/U of the cat, a ribbon pinned to its hat. C/U of a bulldog. C/U of a white rabbit in a box. M/S of an Alsatian dog being pulled along in a cart by a young boy. The cart has a Union Jack flying from the back. M/S of a Canadian Mountie on horseback beside a young girl sitting on a small pony.
