British Pathe synopsis: Extracts from the Victoria Palace revue "The Show’s the Thing" starring Gracie Fields and Archie Pitt. L/S of a stage set presumably representing a fairground side-show tent. A man stands attempting to attract people to his show. Four chorus girls do a little dance whilst the rest of the cast stand around the girls do lots of twirly high kicks. A low angle shot allows us to see quite a lot of leg as the girls swirl their skirts around and jig about. "The Girls "Step out" on their own - "In front of a curtain backdrop, a large number of chorus girls with linked arms do a routine. The conductor visible in front of the stage seems to be a woman. Incomplete.
