British Pathe synopsis: Keep fit exercises. "No girl need ever put on too much weight," said our Beauty Expert - "Two minutes daily of this - " Panning shot of girls’ legs They wear very short shorts, ballet shoes and white socks. M/S from low angle of girls standing at the bar doing ballet exercises. Girl does a handstand which turns into a crab. Another girl does a handstand on top of her friend - holding on to her knees whilst her friend supports her shoulders with her arms. They look towards the camera and smile. The girls walk along in "crab" position with their hands and feet on the ground and their stomachs pointing up to the ceiling. Closer shot of two girls walking along in this way towards the camera. Girls do other acrobatic exercises - rolling over and jumping up again. "Putting the best foot forward will kill the biggest shadow ever acquired." Girls stand in the crab position and kick their feet out. We see this again from behind.
