Summary
NoS Summary - A woman who runs a railway station in Shrewsbury.
British Pathe synopsis: "Here’s a novelty in jobs for Eve. A lady "Stationmaster-Porter-Clerk-Collector - " all in one - on a quaint little line near Shrewsbury." L/S of a woman coming out of a railway station building and setting a signal. L/S of the same woman pushing a barrow with a basket on it. "All things come alike to her - whether handling luggage - punching tickets - or seeing the train off." L/S of the train arriving - it only has one carriage and looks like a car at the front. The lady Stationmaster opens the front door of the carriage and speaks to the driver. "Right away!" She waves her flag and the train moves off.
