NoS Summary - Fashion item showing the latest hats and how to wear them (in Pathecolor).
British Pathe synopsis: "On the Continent all the hats are side-slipping - and saucy." M/S of two women posing in jaunty hats. C/U of one of the women as she smiles at the camera. Camera pans to the other woman who turns to display her hat, smiling coyly at the camera. "Each one has a more come-hither look than the one before." Another model is presented. "Even the larger hats have got the habit." M/S of woman turning her head to display the hat. "But, be sure it’s at the correct angle, Eve!" One of the girls is assisted in placing her hat correctly by a friend.
