NoS synopsis: "The crêpe paper hat looks like catching on more than ever this summer - "And so simple" said our hat-maker." Two ladies inspect a paper hat, one puts it on. Woman makes crêpe paper trim for hat, adds on some paper roses and tries it on. "And if you like other styles -" C/U woman wearing hat posing for camera. C/U two different hats being modelled.
