Summary
NoS Summary - a childrens’ orchestra in the open air.
British Pathe synopsis: Children carrying musical instruments walk "crocodile" fashion into a school playground. One child stands on a chair to conduct her fellow pupils. A female teacher plays the piano. Time and rhythm are taught as part of the curriculum at this local county council school in Lee. C/U of two young girls playing horns. C/U of two boys playing cymbals. C/U of girl playing xylophone. C/U of girl conducting. The children all hold their hands in the air when the song is over.
