Summary

COI synopsis: It’s often easier to record TV programmes on videotape, than on film, but more difficult to sell them to other stations because of varying electronic standards throughout the world, and transit problems. Several methods have been tried to transfer the pictures on the tape onto universally acceptable 16mm film with varying success, but a revolutionary British method produces a transfer of remarkable quality.
