- Summary
- COI synopsis: Every year London creates 3 million tons of household rubbish. So Maggie Palmer goes along to see how farm land once spoilt by industrial excavation, can be brought back to life by filling it with that ordinary refuse, topped with a magical layer of fertile soil. TWIB sees the abundant harvest being gathered - from a field made out of British rubbish.
