- COI synopsis: When Prince Charles opened the European Weather Centre this June, it signalled a new era for anyone needing a weather forecast for 7-10 days ahead. By using a computerised simulation of the atmosphere, the Centre produces forecasts for agriculture, all forms of industry and transport... virtually anyone, in fact, who needs to know how the weather’s going to behave. Australian reporter Vicki Luke takes a look around the Centre to find out for TWIB what messages the compter receives from the clouds...
