Summary
COI synopsis: There’s a saying in London’s West End: "If there’s a busker outside your theatre you’re a hit". Buskers are a much loved feature of London life, earning their living as itinerant street entertainers. But there’s a controversy raging. Do they cause more trouble than they are worth?
