Summary
COI synopsis: London is justly famed for its old buildings. But a unique new development in Westminster combines the best of the old and the new. It has created ultra modern offices - and at the same time given the magnificent 19th century Westminster Cathedral a brand new outlook on the world. Gail Spiro takes a look at the new development and talks to the architects involved.
