COI synopsis: With more and more foreign visitors coming to Britain, London has become one of the great tourist centres of the world. And one thing that helps visitors get the most out of their stay is a properly guided tour. Australian born Gail Spiro joins a group of trainee students to find out just what it takes to qualify - and discover a lot of unexpected facts about her adopted city along the way.
