- Summary
- COI synopsis: The most efficient way to deal with a problem is not always the most expensive or complicated. Good business sense is at work in today’s programme, with simple but excellent solutions to very different problems. Have you ever tried to eat a turnip with wobbly teeth? Five year old ewes do - with a singular lack of success. The farmer despatches them to the abbatoir reluctantly, because a ewe’s teeth fall out at the peak of her fertile years. To solve the problem, a Scottish dentist has created a simple brace which holds the teeth firmly in place; ensuring that both farmer and ewe can face the future with a smile.
