- Summary
- COI synopsis: Although walking on two legs raises us above the apes, it distorts the natural shape of the spine - and backache plagues four out of five people at some time in their lives. A good bed can help, and, aided by a doctor, a British firm has designed a new bed. Holes punched in its foam mattress make soft, comfy areas for the shoulders and hips. But where support is needed, the mattress is firm and unpunctured - promoting the natural āSā shape of the spine.
