- Summary
- COI synopsis: A team of scientists have developed ultrasonic tags, small enough to ride piggy-back on a fish and still leave its behaviour undisturbed. It could mean a significant contribution eventually to the efficiency of fishing, because now they can build up intimate knowledge of fish movements in the water, monitor their heart-beats and even listen into the chomping of the fishes’ jaws.
