Summary
COI synopsis: The human brain - evolved over millions of years - is the most complex and powerful creation that we know of. Today, we look at new ways in which we’re approaching greater understanding of this complex organ. The brain is constantly pulsing with minute electrical currents. During short recording sessions in a laboratory, only limited information can be acquired. A new method allows continuous recordings to be made of completely mobile subjects. In this case, the subject is an eight year-old child suspected of suffering from abnormal brain activity.
