Summary

COI synopsis: A few new angles on one of the most important elements in our lives - water. In some cases, the amount of water present is critically important, and then a moisture meter is usually employed. Now this sophisticated technology has been brought to the aid of the hairdresser in a special hair-roller which will tell him when his client’s hair is dry.
