Summary
COI synopsis: Aquaplaning can be a hazard of high speed driving on wet concrete surfaced roads. Grooves cut in the concrete’s surface make the surface safe, but tend to cause a high pitched whine from the tyres. A new machine grooves the road at irregular intervals, so that the whine is eliminated.
