Summary
COI synopsis: A radio telephone to save time and life. An ambulance is fitted with an electro cardiograph to record the pulses from the heart of an emergency patient. These pulses are printed simultaneously on a similar machine in the hospital using the radio telephone in the ambulance as a link. Thus, the hospital specialist can diagnose and advise treatment before the patient even reaches the hospital.
