- NoS synopsis: As a prelude to the Prime Minister’s Commonwealth Tour, this Commonwealth Teleview is introduced by the Secretary of State, Lord Home, who invites the audience to accompany him on a visit to Number 10. Interior scenes at Number 10 are shown with a commentary by Lord Home who is later seen accompanying the Prime Minister into the Cabinet Room where Harold Macmillan talks about his forthcoming tour.
