Summary
COI synopsis: ‘Carrousel Britanico’ goes along, with visitors from Uraguay, to see a new state school in London for 2,000 children. Here they meet Ingrid Grosvenor, a pupil from Caracas, Venezuela, who is just one of the forty-three nationalities represented. At this school, education is made as enjoyable as possible, and a wide variety of subjects can be studied. Not the least popular of the school’s many attractions is the hot meal provided every day for the pupils at a low cost - a feature common to all British schools.
