MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Queen Opens Heathrow Tube Link. DESCRIPTION: The last section of the tube linking Heathrow Airport with Central London was opened by HM the Queen. Her Majesty travelled from Hatton Cross to Heathrow Central in the cab of the tube train. SHOTLIST: CU sign ‘Heathrow Central’. Pan ditto to sign ‘Fly the Tube’. Zoom out aircraft taking off to GV Hatton Cross Station. CU sign ‘Hatton Cross’. CU crowd with sign ‘Happy Xmas to our Queen’. GV Queen enters Hatton Cross Station and is greeted by VIPs.
