Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: British Destroyers Lay Depth Charges. DESCRIPTION: Anti-submarine School at Portland operate against imaginary enemy craft in Channel. SHOTLIST: Destroyer steaming along at speed, shot of the bridge and look-out. Destroyer steaming head on to camera. Shot of the decks with sailors on same. Destroyer lays smoke screen. Sailor releases depth charge. Explosions of same occur at intervals but all have the ship in the picture. Destroyer steaming along again. The charge is seen leaving and in the air in one shot.
