Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Surfing. DESCRIPTION: Summer ‘down under’ the surfboards are polished up and the cult of surfing fills the beaches. Our cameras take a look at the waves from a surfer’s point of view. SHOTLIST: MS man’s legs in water - camera surfaces to man sitting on surfboard paddling out. MS 2 more paddling out. MLS people on boards riding wave zoom in to man standing on board but sits down. MS man on board riding wave then wave swamps camera. MS people on boards coming in, pan with one until he falls off. Man on surfboard riding with wave which swamps camera. MLS man surfing but falls off. MS another ditto. MS man surfing wave swamps camera. MS people lying down on boards, one starts to stand but is swamped by wave. MS wave over camera. Various of men surfing and falling off. Shots of waves over camera.
