MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: British Figure Skating Championships. DESCRIPTION: For the second year Karena Richardson became Ladies Champion in the British Figure Skating Competition. The ‘Pairs’ title was won by Alan Beckwith and Ruth Lindsay from the Streatham Skating Club. The victor in the Mens Competition, the title won for the previous four years by John Curry, was Robin Cousins. SHOTLIST: MLS Karena Richardson starting her routine. MS during routine. MS spins.
