- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: FA Cup Final 1975. DESCRIPTION: HRH the Duke of Kent was at Wembley to see Fulham kick off in the 1975 Cup Final. There is no score in the first half as the two London Teams keep up a cracking pace. then West Ham’s Alan Taylor seized two golden opportunities and scored twice. The "Hammers" fans go wild and in their enthusiasm invade the pitch, an unusual sight on the normally revered Wembley Turf. . Congratulations West Ham and Well Played Fulham. LV No 9 for Fulham, Busby dribbles past West Ham’s defence to shoot, saved by goalie. SV Duke of Kent & Trinder laughing. LV long pass from Fulham player into West Ham goal area, it is headed into goalie’s hands, Mervyn Day, by a Fulham player, the goalie boots it out. CU goalie P Mellor (Fulham). SV Fulham’s No 10 Slough going for ball, LV West Ham on the attack No 2 McDowell with ball, crosses, but goalie gets the ball first. CU West Ham’s Jennings. LV No 3 West Ham’s Lampard passing to No 8 Paddon who passes again to No 10 Brooking who passes up field, but Fulham intercepts and No 8 Conway clears ball. CU legs running with ball.
