MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Hang Gliding Championships. DESCRIPTION: To soar in the sky like a bird has always been man’s ambition and the sport of Hang Gliding seems to achieve this aim. The beautiful Austrian Tyrol was the setting for the first World Hang Gliding Championship and to prove the sport’s popularity twenty-one countries entered.
