Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Horse V Motor Bike. DESCRIPTION: A famous French jockey and a top French motor cyclist stage a contest between horse and motor cycle at Les Brulys steeplechase course near Paris. SHOTLIST: SV Olivier de la Garcullaye wheeling his bike out alongside Roger Bust with his horse (they walk towards camera). LV start of race pan as they come up to first jump & jump it. SV slow motion, horse & motor bike racing side by side. SV pan ditto not slow motion SV SM, they come up to jump and jump pan motor bike lands. SV pan SM they jump another jump, motor bike lands SV pan SM, horse & bike side by side, they jump again, pan SV not SM, as they race up to a jump, & jump. SFV view from front of fence as they race toward it & jump, pan as they race another jump & jump SV SM they jump. SV Roger Bust on his horse (not racing) after race - looking down at Olivier and talking. SLV Olivier. GV Olivier on his bike and Roger on his horse.
