Wolves won 2 - 1. It was six minutes from time when John Richards scored a goal that clinched the Cup for Wolves. SHOTLIST: Man. City and Wolves walking onto Wembley arena. SV Wolves with Derek Dougan. GTV Man. City in white shorts kick off R to L. GV City attack up field. C pan feet of City player running with ball, No 3 Willie Donachie brought down by Jeff Palmer (Wolves). GV pan Wolves attacking up field. GV Wolves player centre from L wing ball is headed by No 9 (Wolves) Don Richards, ball goes to a City player who heads and clears. LV ball is deflected from City, & Wolves No 8 goes towards Manchester goal. SV City goalie Keith Macrae jumps to knock ball over cross bar into arms of goalie Macrae. MS Macrae clears.
