Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Eurocar. DESCRIPTION: Following on the news of the British Leyland expansion, another announcement - the new European style Allegro family car on trial at Marbella, Spain. SHOTLIST: SV flag poles with hotel in background pan to man carrying a suitcase, girl gets into Eurocar. SV man opening boot, opens and puts suitcase in it. SV 2 men looking at front of Eurocar, open bonnet at 15’, man nearest camera points at engine. SCU engine. SV man getting in to driver’s side, closes door (girl already in passenger seat). SV car stationary. CU man putting it in gear. SCU front wheel, it starts to pull away, pan with car as it goes out of picture. SV shot from back seat, FS car in motion driving along harbour road. SV side shot. SV semi front shot, ditto drives past camera. SV shot of front of car, the road ahead, SV interior instrument of car, SCU driver’s face, car drives in empty bullring, SV shot from bonnet of car in motion. SV car does hand brake to the right and drives out of bullring.
