Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Moving House. DESCRIPTION: With the aid of a wheeled platform a house in Antwerp, complete with furniture is moved to a new site. SHOTLIST: LMS end of house being slid onto the 192 wheeled platform. CS foreman & worker supervise sliding onto platform. LS house being slid onto the 192 wheeled platform pan round to upstairs windows. LMS 192 wheeled platform driving away with house aboard. LS platform driving down road with house aboard. LMS platform being pulled down road. CS workman supervising the towing of house. LS end of house & platform with workmen following. LMS 2 men from crowd pulling tree back for the house to get by. LMS lorry pulling platform along pan to side of house. LMS workman supervising house coming close to a hedge, pan down to platform. LMS crowd looking. LS house and platform being towed by fawn [sic] lorry.
