Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Ski Jumping. DESCRIPTION: Ski Jumping at Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Upper Bavaria. Rainer Schmidt of East Germany the winner. SHOTLIST: GV pan from top of ski run. LV skier flying on kite. LV towards skier down on ski run. LAS pan as he jumps from end of run over camera. LV toward and pan another skier jumps and lands. LV towards another ditto and slides down slope. LAS pan skier takes off from ski jump over camera. SV pan ski jumper in air and landing. LV another skier skidding down slope after falling. SV No 60 (presumed winner) waiting at top of run. SCU skis at top of run pan to GTV as he races down slope. SLV pan as he takes off from ski run and lands. SLV pan as he skis up to finish. GV crowds. SV winners holding trophies.
