MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Children’s Film Foundation 21st Anniversary. DESCRIPTION: The Duchess of Kent is given a tremendous welcome by over 1,000 children when she attends a special Anniversary Film Premiere on behalf of the CCF. SHOTLIST: SV towards children in fancy dress arriving at ABC cinemas 1 and 2 in Shaftesbury Avenue pan to BV as they go in. SCU pan from rabbit to another character. SV Duchess of Kent arrives. SCU children in fancy dress watching. SV Duchess gets out of car and is greeted by [children’s film character] Mr Horatio Knibbles, six foot white rabbit. CU boy dressed as Mexican watching. SV interior Duchess talking to children & personalities. (2) SCU Duchess talking to film personality. Ditto talking to Christopher Siller, prize winner holding prize. SCU prize. SV towards pan to BV as Duchess holding bouquet of flowers, walks into theatre with Sir John Davis.
