MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Rail Go Slow. DESCRIPTION: Commuters in their thousands have been hard hit by the railway union’s work-to-rule. The unions are demanding a substantial wage increase, so far they have rejected 12 1/2%. The government may well invoke the Industrial Relations Bill, forcing a free ballot and a cooling off period.
