SV President of Olympics (Avery Brundage) on rostrum flanked by Union Jack. SV Hirohito watching. SV pan 16 year old Japanese skater into arena holding torch. GBV as she hands torch to 16 year old boy who carries torch up Olympic staircase. Angle shot as he climbs stairs. GV people watching.
