Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Rough Rally. DESCRIPTION: The French call it the infernal rally. Probably because it’s a hell of a job to complete the course - even in a jeep. SHOTLIST: CU bonnet of car with sign Rallys Infernal. CU map being studied. CU (3 shots) drivers preparing. GV pan Beach buggy starting. TV Beach buggy round bend skidding. CU pan to BV Land Rover over rough terrain. SV pan converted Renault over rough ground, LV towards - jeep drives into CU. CU & SV converted buggy vehicle (2 shots). LV towards - jeep through bushes crashes & tilts. LV towards & past - Haflinger vehicle. GV towards & past Renault buggy. LV Renault saloon gets stuck. SV men pushing ditto. BV Renault saloon drives off. LV pan Renault buggy over rough ground. SV pan to CU wheel of Fiat.
