Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Channel Collisions. DESCRIPTION: There’s to be a review of shipping routes in the English Channel following an extraordinary double collision. The Panamanian tanker Texaco Caribbean splits in two before sinking, and the next day a West German freighter strikes the wreckage and sinks too.
