- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Jump for Joy. DESCRIPTION: The villagers of Barjols, France, are not hopping mad. They stage an annual religious festival - jumping through the streets, to celebrate their prize possession - the relics of St MarcelPreparations for one of the world’s most famous carnivals. Newspaper and sticky paste are the basic ingredients of the colourful floats and figures which take months to construct.
