Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Children’s Art & Fashions. DESCRIPTION: From over 70,000 works submitted for the National Exhibition of Children’s Art, some 650 are selected for showing. Among them, the prize winners, which include a £300 Art Training Scholarship for a seventeen year old former Winchester schoolboy, Jonathan Parkinson. Art takes many forms - including one of the oldest means of embellishment, applied to modern fashion - Body painting! We look as some of the fashions for Springtime, with accent of ‘See Through’.
