MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: TV Bank. DESCRIPTION: A new bank in Glasgow uses automation and closed-circuit television to give the customers privacy and guard against bank robbers. SHOTLIST: CU woman bank clerk. MS woman bank clerk on television screen. GV exterior bank in Glasgow. CU bank sign. MS man enters booth, after looking in wallet. MS man walks to desk and bank clerk’s picture appears on TV screen. MS man signs cheque. MS man tries booth to find it locked - enters booth next to it. MS pan controls. BS monitor screens in front of bank clerk. MS bank clerk picks up cheque. MCU pan bank clerk places cheque in machine to recognise signature on TV screen. From TV screen to girl counting money. TS girl places money on conveyor belt. MCU bank clerk receives money. MCU man in booth receives money. MS man walks out of booth.
