Summary

DESCRIPTION: Twenty eight nations and eight hundred million people are represented at the Commonwealth Prime Ministers Conference - possibly the most critical of these meetings ever held. While Britain tries to keep the family in order inside Marlborough House, the Police show similar patient tolerance with demonstrators outside. On the Continent, the Police aren’t usually held in the same regard as our British Bobbies, but, every year in Rome, the public give them gifts as a token on thanks - and maybe an insurance for the future!
