Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Old Faithfuls. DESCRIPTION: British Rail’s last working horse retires from Newmarket Station. Near Windsor, we meet another old faithful - Birma, leading elephant with Billy Smart’s Circus. A chance to meet the youngest animal trainers in the business! Two four year old girls who’ve been playing with elephants ever since they could toddle. SHOTLIST: MS ‘Charlie’, the last of British Railways working horses, walking along beside the railway lines. MS pan ditto. CU Charlie with his handler Laurence Kelly. MS Mr Kelly coupling up Charlie to a horse box. CU Charlie pulling horse box. MS ditto. MCU Charlie eating grass at side of track. MS ditto.
