Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Battle of Power. DESCRIPTION: The Offshore Powerboat Race from Cowes to Torquay, one of the most exciting events ever held at high speeds and high seas eliminate over half the field. The race is won by an American entry in a British built boat, after the engineer had a broken leg and an ankle.
