Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: A Tale of Two Towers. DESCRIPTION: A new constable of the tower has been installed at the Tower of London. A picturesque ceremony dating back to the time of William the Conqueror. The new constable is Field Marshal Sir Gerald Templer.
