Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Thing (6 Man Bike). DESCRIPTION: Students at the East Devon Technical College, have invented a four-wheeled vehicle. It’s called The Thing. It’s made from old car parts and metal. It’s propelled with bicycle pedals and can reach speeds of 30 mph. SHOTLIST: LS The Thing being pushed out of building. MS boys pushing the Thing. MS boy working on it. CU ditto. MS boys get on it and set off along road. MS boys pedalling along road. Ditto. MCU boy at rear changes gear while the Thing is moving. TS going along road. Trucking shot from on board the Thing. Shot from inside car of the Thing going along.
