Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Massacre at Stanleyville. DESCRIPTION: Survivors of the Stanleyville massacre arrive at Leopoldville. More than a thousand of them had been held as hostages in the rebel strong-hold. Mr Tshombe, Congolese Prime Minister, confidently announced their imminent release shortly before the terror struck.
